THE BOATS

Are the boats made to our specification?
Each boat is built to your specification and can be completely customised for your needs.

What paint options can we have on our boat?
You can have the boat designed any colour you wish. There is the option of fading colours into one another.

How long does a boat take to make?
Boats are usually made within 6 weeks of confirming the order and payment being recieved. After the boat is made then it then usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to be shipped to the UK from New Zealand. (For more information on delivery please see below).

What is the weight of boats?
All boats are made to FISA minimum weight.

Can you tell us more about your riggers?
They are made by Rigtec Engineering and we believe that they are made to the highest quality. Riggers can be swapped from seats and there is no need to buy an additional set of riggers if the boat needs to be bow rigged. Riggers can also be anodised various colours, such as gold and black. Any replacement riggers that are needed due to damage can easily be sent to you from New Zealand.

Does the foot plate adjust?
We set the foot stretchers up at 42 degrees and have just started to make the stretcher 5mm shorter and then lift it up with two 2.5mm packers and two of the same on top as the rower has options on degrees. It’s very easy to change.

Sectioning on 8+?
The boat is sectioned between the 6 and 7 seat in all boats made internationally.

DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
Each boat is made to your specification and quickly as is possible and then put on a container and shipped over to the UK. Shipping takes between 4 to 6 weeks after the hull has been completed. (See above for hull completion times). Sometimes a delay can happen due to shipping. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we will do our best to get the boat to you as quickly as possible. We apologies for any delay which may occur but we will try our best to help.

PAYMENT

What are the payment terms?
50% of the payment is expected on confirmation of the order, while the next 50% is expected prior to shipping after the hull has been completed. Cheque or balance transfers are the preferred options.

Are there any other payment options?
We are looking into payment plans and part exchange in the future.
